Client books
A client book app keeps every client's sizes, tastes, dates, purchases and conversations in one place that belongs to the store. Clientele assigns each book to an associate, ranks whom to contact every morning and moves the whole book, history included, when an associate leaves.

Every store already has a client book. The question is where it lives and who can use it after the person who wrote it goes home, or leaves for good.

The best associates have always written down more than a phone number. A useful book answers the questions a client should never have to answer twice.
Clientele keeps all of it on one profile. The detail of each field is on the page about the customer profile retail teams use.
When someone leaves
The moment a top associate hands in notice is the moment most stores discover their client book was never theirs. With a client book app it is a routine task.
The manager filters clients by the leaving associate and sees the whole book, sorted by VIP score.
Move the entire book to one colleague, or split the Platinum clients across your most senior advisors.
Purchases, notes, dates, consent and every past message follow the client. The transfer is recorded on the profile.
The next morning the new associate sees the most valuable clients in the Money Feed with a draft that introduces them personally.
Paper books fail because writing in them is extra work after a long shift. In Clientele most of the book fills itself. Purchases arrive from your point of sale or Shopify and update lifetime value, last purchase and the VIP score. Messages are logged when they are sent and when the client replies. Wishlist items are added by the associate when a client admires a piece, or arrive from your online store.
The associate adds what only a person can notice: that the client is buying for a wedding in June, that she prefers mornings, that her husband is a size 50. A note takes ten seconds on the phone, and the next time that client appears in the feed the draft can use it.
That is the difference between a client book and a contact list. A book is read every day. Ours is read for you, and the result is the morning list in the clienteling app.
Every client sits in exactly one associate's book, so two people never message the same client on the same day. Clients without an owner go to the store manager instead of disappearing. A manager sees every book in the store, how many clients each associate holds and how many of them are Platinum, and can rebalance when a new associate starts.
From the Brand plan, sales that follow a message within the attribution window are credited to the associate who sent it, so a book is not only kept, it is measured. Read how that works in clienteling sales attribution.
Any spreadsheet works as a starting point. Upload it on the homepage to see the clienteling software build a Money Feed from it, then choose a plan on the pricing page when you are ready to bring the team in.
FAQ
A client book app is the digital version of the notebook that sales associates in luxury retail have always kept: each client's name, contact, purchases, sizes, tastes, important dates and notes. Clientele keeps that book in the store's account, assigns it to an associate and turns it into a daily list of whom to contact.
A manager opens the client or the whole book and reassigns it to another associate. Purchases, notes, dates, consent and every message move with the client, and the transfer itself is recorded, so the next associate knows exactly what was said and when.
Yes. Type or export it into a CSV with one row per client and columns such as name, phone, email, birthday, last purchase, item and amount, then upload it. You map the columns once and Clientele creates the profiles, VIP scores and books.
They message clients from Clientele, which runs on their phone, through the store's WhatsApp Business number, SMS and email. The conversation then belongs to the client profile, not to a personal chat history the store can never see.
Boutique holds up to 2,500 client profiles for up to 3 associates, Brand up to 15,000 for 15 associates, Flagship up to 75,000 and Enterprise up to 500,000. Deleting a profile does not return capacity in the billing period.
Upload the client book you have today, even a rough spreadsheet, or use our sample boutique. The demo shows the first five clients to contact and a message for each.
Plans from $99 a month billed yearly. Subscriptions only, cancel at the end of any period.
