Hi Victoria, the bordeaux calfskin tote you asked about is back in. I can hold it for you until Saturday. Would you like me to?
For associates on the floor
A clienteling app tells each sales associate which clients to contact today and makes the contact take seconds. Clientele opens on a ranked Money Feed with the reason, the dollar value and a drafted message, then sends it on WhatsApp, SMS or email where the client consented.

A shift with the app
Clienteling fails when it needs a quiet hour at a desk. The app is built around the gaps an associate actually has on the floor: ten minutes before opening, two minutes between clients, the walk to the stockroom.
At 8:40 the Money Feed is ready, built overnight in the store's own time zone. The associate reads twelve names, each with the reason and the value, and sends the first three messages over coffee.
Late morning a client walks in. One tap on her name shows what she bought, her sizes, the dates that matter and the last thing the associate said to her, so the conversation starts where it ended.
Mid afternoon the associate adds a note while it is fresh: a gift recipient, a size, a piece she tried and loved. The note lands in the profile and feeds tomorrow's list.
Just before closing, what is left in the feed is snoozed to a chosen date or marked done. Messages queued after quiet hours wait and go out at 8 in the morning in the client's time zone.
Most clienteling software started as a database for head office and was later shrunk to fit a tablet. You can tell: deep menus, search boxes, filters to set before anything useful appears. An associate with a client waiting at the counter will not use it.
Clientele starts from the other end. The first screen is the answer, not a search box. Every card shows four things in the same place: who, why today, how much the next purchase could be worth, and the message. The actions an associate needs most (send, edit the draft, open the profile, snooze, done) are one tap away and never hidden behind a menu.
Because the app runs in the phone browser, the same login works on a store iPad at the counter or a laptop in the back office. Nothing to install, nothing to update, no separate tablet version that lags behind the phone.
Five screens cover the daily work. Owners and managers get the same screens with every book in the store, not a different product.

Clients
| Screen | What the associate does there | What the manager adds |
|---|---|---|
| Money Feed | Works through today's ranked clients, edits and sends drafts, snoozes or marks done | Switches to any associate's feed and sees what was sent |
| Client profile | Reads purchases, sizes, taste tags, dates, household, notes and the full message log; adds notes and dates | Reassigns the client to another book with history intact |
| Composer | Writes or adjusts a message, picks a channel the client consented to, sends or schedules it | Same, from any client in the store |
| Messages | Reads replies from WhatsApp, SMS and email in one list | Sees every conversation in the store in one place |
| Clients | Finds a client by name, tier or tag in the middle of a conversation | Sees books per associate and unassigned clients |
Ask an associate with 400 clients who she should message today and the honest answer is the five she remembers. The other 395 are not forgotten on purpose, they are forgotten because nobody can hold that many dates, sizes and wishlists in their head.
The Money Feed does that work overnight. It reads every client in the associate's book, looks for a reason to get in touch (a birthday or anniversary close by, a wishlist item back in stock or repriced, a new arrival that matches past purchases, 180 days since the last purchase, an upgrade window, a thank you after a sale) and ranks the candidates by how strong the reason is and how valuable the client is. The list mixes reasons on purpose, so a morning is not twelve birthday notes in a row.
It is the same engine that runs our clienteling software demo on the homepage, applied to your real clients every day.
When the associate presses send, the message goes out through the store's channels: its own WhatsApp Business number, SMS within the plan allowance, and unlimited email. The client sees a familiar advisor, and the store keeps the conversation on the client profile. Before anything leaves, Clientele checks that the client consented to that channel and that it is between 8 am and 8 pm where the client lives.
On paid plans the drafts are written in the associate's own voice by AI clienteling, within the monthly message allowance. A person always reads and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
Import a CSV export from your point of sale or connect Shopify, invite associates by email, and assign books by the last associate on the receipt. The first Money Feed is waiting the next morning. Plans and team sizes are on the pricing page.
FAQ
A clienteling app is the tool a sales associate carries on the floor to manage a personal book of clients: who they are, what they bought, what they like and when to get in touch. Clientele opens on a ranked list of the clients to contact today, each with a reason, an opportunity value and a message ready to send.
No. Clientele runs in the browser of any modern phone, tablet or desktop. On a phone the associate adds it to the home screen once and it opens full screen like any other app, with no device management project and no store approval.
Yes, and the store still keeps the client book. Conversations, notes and purchases live in the client profile, not in the associate's personal messaging history, so nothing leaves with the phone or with the person when they change jobs.
Twelve per associate by default, and the owner can set anything from 1 to 50. Clients contacted in the last ten days are held back, and a client is never put in two associates' lists on the same day.
A manager can switch from their own feed to every associate's feed in the store, see what was sent, snoozed or done, reassign clients between books and, from the Brand plan, open the attribution report with revenue influenced per associate.
Every plan includes the app for every associate. Boutique is $99 a month billed yearly ($199 month to month) for up to 3 associates in one store. Brand is $299 a month billed yearly for up to 15 associates and 3 stores. There is no free plan; the homepage demo builds one sample Money Feed.
Upload a client list or use our sample boutique and open the result on your phone. You see the five clients to contact first, why, what each is worth and the message to send.
Plans from $99 a month billed yearly. Subscriptions only, cancel at the end of any period.
