AI written messages

AI clienteling in your own voice

AI clienteling drafts each client message for your associate, in their own voice and your store's tone, around a real reason and a piece from the client's history. In Clientele the associate approves every draft before it is sent. AI runs on paid plans; the homepage demo uses ready templates.

Sample. Hello Mrs Bennett, I hope Lisbon was lovely. I kept thinking of you when the new emeralds came in. Shall I send you a photo?

Hi Laura, good news, we have the emerald studs you loved back in stock. Shall I hold them for you?

AI draft in Claire's voice

Hello Laura, I hope the spring has been kind to you. The emerald studs you tried in February came back this morning, and I set a pair aside in yellow gold. Would you like me to keep them for you until Saturday?

The hard part of clienteling

Writing forty personal messages a week is the bottleneck

Associates know clienteling works. What stops them is the blank message box. Writing something personal, specific and well judged for one client takes a few minutes; for forty clients a week it takes hours nobody has between fittings, deliveries and the floor. So the messages that do go out drift towards the same short line copied to everyone, which clients can spot at once.

AI clienteling removes the blank page without removing the person. The draft arrives already written around the reason this client is in today's feed and the piece that fits them. The associate spends ten seconds checking it instead of five minutes writing it, and still decides what is sent.

What every AI draft is built from

The draft only uses facts Clientele already holds. It does not browse, guess or reach into other clients' data.

House rules the AI follows on every draft

  • Plain text, no emoji, no exclamation marks, no dashes.
  • No prices and no discounts. Luxury outreach invites, it does not push.
  • No invented facts about the client or the product.
  • One easy question at the end, such as a time for a private viewing.
  • Short enough to read on a phone in a few seconds.

Drafts are cleaned again after they are written, so a stray exclamation mark or dash never reaches a client. If anything goes wrong, from a timeout to an empty answer, the associate gets the template draft instead, so the morning list is never empty.

Approval is the product, not a setting

There is no switch for automatic sending. Every message is reviewed by the associate whose name is on it. That keeps responsibility where clients expect it, with a person they know, and it means the AI improves the associate's work instead of replacing the relationship.

AI message allowance by plan

Each morning the top items in every associate's feed get an AI draft, up to eight per associate, within the plan allowance. Associates can ask for more drafts during the day from the composer.

Why the demo uses templates

The clienteling software demo on our homepage turns your uploaded list, or our sample boutique, into a Money Feed with a ready message for each client. Those messages come from templates written for every reason (birthdays, wishlists, new arrivals, quiet clients and more) in three tones, discreet, warm and formal. They are good enough to send and they show exactly where AI drafts appear in the product.

AI drafting starts once a store subscribes, because that is when we know whose voice to write in and which pieces are in stock. It is the same reason the demo shows five clients and the paid feed shows your whole book.

Where the drafts go next

An approved draft is sent from the store's channels on digital clienteling with consent checked per channel and quiet hours respected. If the client buys within the attribution window, the sale is credited to the associate who sent it, which is the honest measure of whether AI clienteling earns its place.

FAQ

AI clienteling questions from owners and associates

What is AI clienteling?

AI clienteling uses a language model to help sales associates write personal outreach to their clients. In Clientele it drafts each message in the associate's own voice and the store's tone, using the reason for contact and a suggested piece from the client's history. The associate reviews, edits and sends; nothing goes out on its own.

Does the AI send messages automatically?

No. The AI writes drafts only. A person reads every message, can change any word, and presses send. Consent per channel and quiet hours are checked at that moment, exactly as for a message typed by hand.

How does it learn the associate's voice?

Each associate can save a short sample of how they write to clients. The draft follows that sample, the store tone (discreet, warm or formal), the sign off and a list of words the store never uses. Associates who skip the sample still get drafts in the store tone.

Is AI included in every plan?

AI written drafts are part of every paid plan, within a monthly allowance: 1,500 messages on Boutique, 5,000 on Brand, 15,000 on Flagship and 40,000 on Enterprise, with a daily cap of one twentieth of the month. When the allowance is used, associates keep getting ready template drafts.

Does the homepage demo use AI?

No. The demo on the homepage builds a sample Money Feed with ready message templates, chosen by reason, tone and channel. AI drafting runs only for paying accounts, so the demo shows the structure of the work and the paid product writes in your team's voice.

Will the AI make up facts about a client or a product?

The draft is written only from what Clientele knows: the client's first name, the reason for contact, the suggested piece and the store's settings. It is instructed not to mention prices or discounts and not to invent facts, and it ends with one simple question. The associate checks it before sending.

Read the drafts for your own clients

The homepage demo builds a Money Feed from your list with a ready template message for each client. On a paid plan the same feed arrives with drafts in your associates' own voice.
