Cookie policy

This cookie policy explains which cookies the clientele.io service sets. We use only essential cookies that the service needs to work: keeping your session, protecting forms against forgery and, if you choose, keeping you signed in on a trusted device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who sets the cookies

Cookies on clientele.io are set by the administrator of the clientele.io service, which you can contact at [email protected]. No third party sets advertising or analytics cookies on the website or in the app.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next request, for example to keep you signed in as you move between pages.

Why there is no cookie banner

Privacy laws such as the ePrivacy rules in Europe require consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, for example cookies used for advertising, profiling or third party analytics. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you ask for, such as signing in and security, do not need consent. Because the service sets only strictly necessary cookies, we do not show a consent banner. If we ever add a cookie that needs consent, we will ask for it before setting it and update this policy.

What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels.
  • No third party analytics cookies.
  • No social media tracking cookies.
  • No selling or sharing of cookie data with anyone.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the app, and the homepage demo will not remember its result.

More information

How we process personal data in general is explained in the privacy policy. Questions about cookies go to [email protected].
