Hi Rebecca, your tenth anniversary is next Monday. We set aside two eternity bands in platinum, size 6, to match your engagement ring. Would Thursday at 4 suit you for a private look?
For fine jewelers
A jewelry CRM keeps every client's ring size, metals, stones, purchases and anniversaries in one profile and tells your associates who to call next. Clientele turns that into a daily Money Feed with the reason, the value and a message ready to send.

Hi Daniel, it is five years since you chose Amara's oval solitaire with us. Our new 1.5 carat ovals in the same cut are in. Happy to show you how an upgrade works with a trade in credit.

A fine jeweler earns most of its revenue from people who have bought before. The couple who chose an engagement ring comes back for wedding bands, then for an anniversary piece, then for a push present, a graduation watch and the pearls for a daughter. Each of those moments is predictable, and almost all of them are missed when the only record is a receipt in the point of sale.
The knowledge that makes those sales sits in the heads of two or three senior associates: who wears platinum, who has a size 5.5 finger, who hinted at a tennis bracelet last December. When one of them leaves, that client book walks out with them. A jewelry CRM exists to keep that knowledge in the store and to put it to work every morning.
What lands in the Money Feed
Generic retail software counts visits. Clientele reads the facts a jeweler cares about and ranks clients by the value of the next conversation.
Dates come from the purchase itself and from what clients tell you. A week ahead, the associate gets the reminder with a piece in the client's metal and a short note to send.
Set the window for your store, often five or ten years. Clients who bought a solitaire then appear with the original stone, its cut and an upgrade suggestion from your stock.
When a job is marked ready, the client gets a pickup message and the associate sees the matching piece to show at the counter, which turns a service visit into a sale.
A new delivery of sapphires or a designer capsule is matched to clients whose purchases and taste tags fit, so the right ten people hear about it first.
Pieces a client tried on or a partner asked about are saved to the profile. Back in stock or a price change puts the client in the feed at once.
A good client who has not bought for six months gets a reason to visit, never a discount blast. The draft refers to what they own and what is new.
Every client in Clientele has one profile that your whole team can read on the floor. It holds the details a jeweler needs to sell well and that a receipt never shows.
The VIP score from 0 to 100 combines lifetime value, recency, frequency and average ticket, so the owner sees at a glance which clients deserve a personal call. More on this in the guide to customer profile retail teams rely on.

Each item in the feed comes with a drafted message in the associate's voice and your store's tone, from discreet to warm. It names the piece, the occasion and an easy next step such as a private viewing. The associate reads it, adjusts a word if needed and sends it on WhatsApp, SMS or email, only where the client has given consent.
On paid plans the drafts are written by AI clienteling trained on the associate's own sample messages, within the monthly message allowance of the plan. Nothing is sent automatically. A person always presses send.
When a client buys within the attribution window after a message, the sale is credited to the associate who reached out. Owners see revenue influenced per associate and per reason, so you know whether anniversaries or upgrade calls earn more in your store.
Clientele works alongside the jewelry POS you already use for inventory, appraisals and repairs. It does not replace your point of sale. It is the clienteling software layer that decides who hears from you and when.
A single store with up to 3 associates fits the Boutique plan at $99 a month billed yearly. Groups with up to 3 stores and 15 associates choose Brand at $299 a month billed yearly, which adds POS connectors, sales attribution and a manager view of every book.
FAQ
A jewelry CRM is client software for jewelers that keeps each client's purchases, ring size, metals, stones and important dates in one profile, and turns that data into reasons to get in touch. Clientele adds a daily Money Feed that tells every associate who to contact, why, what it is worth and with which message.
Yes. You can upload a CSV export from any jewelry point of sale on every plan, and Shopify syncs customers, orders and products automatically. Brand and higher plans add POS connectors and e-commerce webhooks, so new sales appear without a manual export.
Each purchase carries its category and date. When a bridal purchase reaches the upgrade window you set for your store, for example five years after an engagement ring, the client appears in the Money Feed with an upgrade reason, a suggested piece from your catalog and a drafted message.
No. Clientele records consent per channel with the date and the source. A message on WhatsApp, SMS or email is sent only when that channel has consent on file, and every send is logged on the client profile.
The Boutique plan costs $99 a month billed yearly or $199 month to month, for up to 3 associates in one store. Brand covers up to 15 associates and 3 stores for $299 a month billed yearly. There is no free plan; the homepage demo builds one sample Money Feed at no cost.
The client book belongs to the store. A manager reassigns the clients to another associate in a few clicks, and the full history of purchases, notes and conversations moves with them.
Upload a CSV export from your jewelry POS or use our sample jeweler. You see the first five clients to call this week, the reason, the value and a message written for each one.
