POS integration
CRM and POS software work best together when every receipt becomes part of a client history. Clientele imports clients and sales from any point of sale by CSV on every plan, adds POS connectors from Brand up, and turns that data into a daily list of who to contact.

A point of sale is built to finish a transaction quickly and correctly. It knows what was sold, for how much and by whom. What it does not do is tell an associate, on a Tuesday morning, which of the 2,000 people in the system should hear from the store today. Most POS client modules are a search box on top of receipts, and searching is the step that busy associates skip.
A clienteling CRM starts where the POS stops. It reads the same receipts, adds what the associate knows about the client (sizes, taste, the people they buy for, important dates) and turns all of it into reasons to get in touch. The result is a short ranked list per associate, with the opportunity value in dollars and a message ready to send.
That is the whole point of connecting CRM and POS software: the data you already capture at checkout starts producing the next sale instead of sitting in an archive.
Two ways to connect
Every retailer can start the same day, whatever system runs the till.
Export clients and sales from your point of sale as a CSV file and upload it in the imports screen. Clientele shows the columns it found and you map them to its fields: name, phone, email, WhatsApp number, birthday, anniversary, purchase date, amount, items and taste tags. Consent columns create consent records with the import as their source.
On Brand, Flagship and Enterprise, POS connectors and e-commerce webhooks push new clients and receipts to Clientele as they happen, so there is no weekly export to remember. Flagship and Enterprise add API access and outgoing webhooks, for groups that want to send Clientele data to their own reporting.
Setup
Clients and at least twelve months of sales give the VIP score and the reasons enough history to work with.
Tell Clientele which column is the phone, the amount, the birthday or the consent flag. It takes a few minutes.
Assign clients to associates through an associate email column in the export, by hand, or leave them for the team.
Quiet period, daily limit per associate, upgrade or service windows that fit what you sell.
Next morning each associate sees who to contact, why, what it is worth and a drafted message.
From Brand, receipts after an outreach are credited to the associate who sent it.
Keep checkout, stock, purchase orders, repairs, gift cards and tax in your point of sale. Clientele does not take any of that over. It holds the client side: the profile your associates read on the floor, the consent records for each channel, the conversations on WhatsApp, SMS and email, and the daily list of who to contact.
That split keeps the setup light. You do not migrate your POS, retrain the cashiers or change how you close the day. Associates keep ringing sales as before, and the receipts start feeding the clienteling tools in the Money Feed.
CSV import is included on every plan. Boutique costs $99 a month billed yearly for one store, up to 3 associates and 2,500 client profiles. Brand costs $299 a month billed yearly for up to 3 stores, 15 associates and 15,000 profiles, and adds POS connectors, e-commerce webhooks and sales attribution. Flagship adds API access and outgoing webhooks for up to 15 stores. All prices and limits are on the pricing page.
Clientele is clienteling software that works next to the point of sale you already trust. If you also sell online, combine it with Shopify clienteling for one view of every client.
FAQ
Any point of sale that can export clients and sales as CSV works on every plan. You choose which column holds the name, phone, email, purchase date and amount, and Clientele does the rest. From the Brand plan, POS connectors and e-commerce webhooks send new sales to Clientele without a manual export.
No. Your point of sale keeps doing checkout, inventory, repairs and tax. Clientele reads the client and sales data from it and decides which clients your associates should contact, why and with what message.
Clients are matched by email, then phone, then the external client number from your system. A match updates the existing profile, so one person has one profile with in store and online purchases in a single timeline.
When a receipt from the POS belongs to a client who received a message from an associate within the attribution window, the sale is credited to that associate. Sales attribution and the leaderboard are part of the Brand plan and above.
Email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers and notes are encrypted at rest. Connector credentials are encrypted as well. Access follows roles, so associates see their own book and managers see every book of the organization.
Yes. Most stores start with a CSV export on the first day. When you move to Brand or higher, you switch on the connector and keep the profiles and history you already imported.
Upload a CSV export from your point of sale or use our sample store. You see the first five clients worth contacting, the reason, the value and a message for each.
Plans from $99 a month billed yearly. Subscriptions only, cancel at the end of any period.
