Money Feed

Clienteling tools that rank your day

Clienteling tools should answer one question every morning: who should I contact today? The Money Feed ranks your clients by the value of the next conversation and gives each associate the reason, the opportunity in dollars and a message ready to send.

The problem with search

A database waits to be asked, a feed tells you

Most clienteling tools hand associates a client database and a search box. That works for the one associate who already knows her book by heart. Everyone else opens the app, scrolls, and closes it again, because nobody has time to work out who matters most between two clients on the floor.

The Money Feed reverses the direction. Every night Clientele reads purchases, wishlists, dates, repairs, new arrivals and past conversations, finds every good reason to get in touch, scores them and assigns the best ones to the associate who owns the client. In the morning the work is already sorted. The associate reads, adjusts and sends.

This is the core of the clienteling software and the reason teams use it daily instead of once a quarter before a big event.

Nine reasons the feed looks for every night

Each reason has its own weight, its own message style and its own place in the attribution report.

How the opportunity value is calculated

The amber number on each card is the likely value of the next purchase if the conversation goes well. It starts from the client's own average ticket, adjusts for the reason (an upgrade is worth more than a thank you note) and for the price of the product the feed suggests. It is a guide for priorities, not a forecast, and it is the same number the owner sees summed across the team.

Because the number is visible, associates stop treating outreach as a chore. A list that says three clients are worth eleven thousand dollars today gets done before lunch.

Rules that keep the feed polite

  • A client never appears for two associates on the same day.
  • Clients contacted in the last few days are held back, and you set the cool down.
  • No client is suggested on a channel without consent on file.
  • Messages are only sent between 8 am and 8 pm in the client's time zone.
  • A snoozed item comes back on the date the associate chose.

One feed per associate, one view for the manager

Each associate sees only the clients in their own book. A manager sees every book in the store, the total value in play, how many items were sent, snoozed or skipped and which reasons convert. On Flagship and Enterprise the same view rolls up across stores.

When an associate is off, the manager hands the day's feed to a colleague in one step, so a birthday never falls through because of a rota.

Where the data comes from

The feed is only as good as the profile behind it. Clientele reads purchases from Shopify and your point of sale, dates and preferences captured on the floor, and wishlists from your online store. Read how the CRM and POS software connection works, and how each message becomes a sale in clienteling sales attribution.

Every plan includes the Money Feed for every associate. Plans differ in team size, client profiles, monthly AI messages and SMS, from Boutique at $99 a month billed yearly to Enterprise at $2,499.

FAQ

How the Money Feed works day to day

What is the Money Feed?

The Money Feed is a ranked list that each associate opens every morning. It shows the clients worth contacting today, the reason for each one, the opportunity value in dollars and a message ready to send on the channel the client has agreed to.

How are clients ranked in the feed?

Each candidate gets a score from the strength of the reason (an anniversary next week beats a quiet period), the client's VIP score, the likely ticket from their history and how recently someone from the store reached out. The highest scores come first, and clients contacted in the last few days are held back.

How many clients does an associate see per day?

You choose the number per store, usually between 5 and 15. A short list that gets done beats a long one that gets ignored, and the feed refills the next morning.

Can a manager add their own rules?

Yes. Flagship and Enterprise plans include clienteling playbooks, custom triggers such as a trunk show invitation for every client who bought from a designer in the last two years. Brand includes store level rules for quiet periods and daily limits.

What happens after an associate sends a message from the feed?

The item is marked sent, the message is saved on the client profile, and the client is watched for a purchase. A sale inside the attribution window is credited to that associate in the sales report.
