Hi Victoria, the winter coats arrived and the camel double breasted is cut like the one you bought last year, now in a softer wool. I put a 38 aside. Could you come by Saturday?

Salesfloor built its name on helping store associates sell beyond the store: outreach to clients, virtual appointments, and tools that connected the store team to online sales. It was sold to large retailers on enterprise terms.
At the time of writing, Salesfloor has been folded into Tulip and its website redirects there. For existing customers that usually means a conversation about contract renewal, product roadmap and migration. For retailers who were evaluating Salesfloor, it means the shortlist has changed.
If you are in either position, it is a good moment to ask a simple question: what do your associates actually need to do every day, and what is the simplest tool that gets them doing it?
Clientele starts from a ranked list rather than a toolbox. Each associate opens the Money Feed and sees the clients worth contacting today. Every card has a reason (a birthday next week, a wishlist piece back in stock, six months since the last purchase, a new collection that matches the client's history), the opportunity value in dollars and a drafted message in the associate's own voice.
The associate reads the draft, adjusts it if needed and sends it on WhatsApp, SMS or email, only where the client has consent for that channel. Replies come back to one inbox and stay on the client profile. Read more about digital clienteling on WhatsApp.
Boutique costs $99 a month billed yearly for up to 3 associates in one store. Brand costs $299 a month billed yearly for up to 15 associates in 3 stores, with sales attribution and POS connectors. Flagship costs $999 a month billed yearly for up to 50 associates. Enterprise costs $2,499 a month billed yearly and adds SSO, SCIM, data residency and dedicated onboarding. Every plan can be bought with self serve checkout. Monthly billing costs twice the yearly monthly rate.
At the time of writing Salesfloor does not publish prices, so a total cost comparison needs a quote from Tulip.

A retailer with hundreds of stores, an IT team, and a need for virtual selling, live video consultations or deep integration with a group e-commerce platform may prefer an enterprise suite with a large services team behind it. If those features are central to your plan, talk to Tulip about what the combined product offers today.
Clientele is clienteling software for that second group. For a side by side with Salesfloor's new owner, see the Tulip clienteling alternative page.

FAQ
At the time of writing salesfloor.net redirects to tulip.com, and Salesfloor has been folded into Tulip. Retailers who used Salesfloor now discuss their contract and roadmap with Tulip.
Yes. Clientele is built so a single store with a few associates can start the same day, from $99 a month billed yearly on the Boutique plan, with self serve checkout and no sales call.
At the time of writing there is no public price list. Salesfloor was sold through annual enterprise contracts, and pricing is quote based. Clientele lists every plan and price on its pricing page.
Yes, if you can export it. Clients and purchases come in as CSV on every plan, with matching by email, phone and customer id so repeat uploads update profiles instead of duplicating them. Shopify syncs directly.
Clientele focuses on one to one messaging on WhatsApp, SMS and email from a shared inbox, driven by the daily Money Feed. It does not include live video shopping or website chat widgets. If those are central to your plans, an enterprise suite may suit you better.
Most stores import a CSV or connect Shopify in an afternoon. Associates see their first Money Feed the next morning on their phones.
Upload a client list or use our sample boutique and see the Money Feed your associates would open tomorrow morning.
