Endear Pricing and Cost per Store Location in 2026
See who your store should contact today, with a sample boutique or your own CSV
Endear pricing starts at $350 a month per store location. Its pricing page lists no plan names and no seat fees, includes a 14 day free trial, and sends larger retailers to a custom quote. A store with three locations should budget about $1,050 a month at the starting rate, or $12,600 a year, before any add ons.
If you are reading this, you are probably comparing clienteling tools and need a real number for the budget line. Below is what we could verify from Endear's own pricing page and its app store listing, what the price covers, what it adds up to as you open more stores, and how it compares with a tool priced per plan instead of per location. We sell a competing product, Clientele, so we have stuck to figures you can check yourself and been clear about where Endear is the better buy.
How much does Endear cost per month?
Endear costs from $350 a month for each store location, according to its own pricing page. You pay for locations, not for people, so adding a fifth sales associate to an existing store does not change the bill. The page also shows an ROI calculator and talks about flexible subscriptions and customizable plans, which in practice means multi store brands get a quote rather than a list price.
You may see a lower figure elsewhere. Endear's Shopify App Store listing has shown a Pro plan at $300 a month with a 14 day trial, billed per store location, with limits of 1,000,000 customer records, 4,000 emails and 3,000 SMS messages a month. Several software directories repeat the $300 number. When the two sources disagree, plan on the higher one from Endear's own site and ask the sales rep which applies to you.
Endear pricing at a glance
| Source | Price shown | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Endear pricing page | From $350 a month | Per store location, no seat fees, 14 day trial, custom plans for larger brands |
| Shopify App Store listing | $300 a month, Pro plan | Per store location, 1,000,000 customer records, 4,000 emails and 3,000 SMS a month, 14 day trial |
| Older third party reviews | $60, $144 and $270 a month | Three tiers that no longer appear on Endear's site or its current listing |
The older tiers are worth a sentence because they still show up in search. A few review sites describe Small Biz, Growth and Pro plans at $60, $144 and $270 a month. Neither Endear's pricing page nor its current app listing shows them, so treat those numbers as history. If a rep offers you an entry tier, get the limits in writing, especially the monthly email and SMS caps.
What does Endear's price include?
Endear's pricing page lists the same core product for every customer. That makes the comparison easier, because you are mostly paying for how many stores you run, not for unlocking features:
- A retail CRM with customer profiles built from your POS and ecommerce data
- Personal clienteling from a mobile app for iOS and Android
- SMS, email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Appointment scheduling and a shoppable lookbook builder
- SalesChat and an AI notetaker
- Insights and a report builder
- More than 25 prebuilt integrations, an open API and real time data sync
- A personal onboarding manager, staff training, templates and 24/7 live chat support
That is a broad product. Endear is strong for brands that sell heavily on Shopify and want campaigns, lookbooks and store clienteling in one tool. If your team will actually use bulk email and SMS campaigns every week, part of the $350 replaces a separate marketing tool you would otherwise pay for.
What Endear costs for 1, 3 and 10 stores
Because the price is per location, the math scales in a straight line. At the starting rate from Endear's site, before any negotiated discount:
| Store count | Endear per month | Endear per year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 store | $350 | $4,200 |
| 3 stores | $1,050 | $12,600 |
| 10 stores | $3,500 | $42,000 |
Two things move that number in real life. Brands with many locations usually negotiate, and Endear's own page points them to customized plans. And if you count a pop up, a seasonal outlet or a shop in shop as a location, ask before you sign whether each one is billed as a full store.
Is Endear priced per user or per store?
Endear is priced per store, not per user. Its pricing page says you pay per store location with no fees for adding seats. That suits a busy flagship with twelve associates on the floor. It suits a two person jewelry shop less well, because the shop pays the full location price whether two people use it or ten.
If you also sell online, ask how ecommerce revenue is billed. Endear's ROI calculator lets you enter zero stores if you sell only online, which suggests ecommerce brands get a separate quote.
Does Endear have a free trial?
Yes. Endear's pricing page FAQ says brands can try Endear free for 14 days, and the Shopify listing shows the same 14 day trial. Fourteen days is short for clienteling, where results come from clients coming back weeks later. Use the trial to test the parts you can judge quickly: how cleanly your POS data imports, whether associates actually open the app, and how good the drafted messages are.
Endear vs Clientele pricing
Clientele is priced per plan, with stores and associates included, and the prices are on the page. Here is how the published numbers line up. Clientele prices below are billed yearly; month to month costs more.
| Endear | Clientele | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Per store location, no seat fees | Per plan, with a set number of stores and associates |
| 1 store | From $350 a month | Boutique, $99 a month, up to 3 associates and 2,500 client profiles |
| 3 stores | From $1,050 a month | Brand, $299 a month, up to 15 associates and 15,000 client profiles |
| 10 to 15 stores | From $3,500 a month at 10 stores | Flagship, $999 a month, up to 50 associates in 15 stores |
| Free trial or demo | 14 day free trial | Demo on your own POS export before you buy |
| Bulk email and SMS campaigns | Included, with monthly caps | Personal one to one messages, not bulk campaigns |
| Best fit | Shopify heavy brands that want campaigns and lookbooks in one tool | Jewelers, boutiques and high ticket stores that want a daily list of whom to contact |
The honest summary: if you want one platform for marketing campaigns and store clienteling, Endear covers more ground and the extra cost buys real features. If what you need is for each associate to know every morning which five clients to text, why, and what to say, Clientele does that job for a fraction of the per location price. Our Clientele vs Endear comparison goes through the feature differences line by line.
Why does Endear cost more for small stores?
Endear costs more for small stores because its price is set per location and its product is built for brands that run campaigns at scale. A single store pays the same $350 floor as a busy flagship. Tools aimed at independent shops, such as a boutique CRM for small boutiques, usually start lower because they skip bulk marketing and focus on one to one follow up.
That is not a flaw in Endear, just a different buyer. A five store fashion brand with an ecommerce team will use the campaign builder, the lookbooks and the API. A jeweler with two locations and 800 good clients mostly needs a reliable reminder system and a client book that does not leave when a salesperson does.
Questions to ask Endear before you sign
These get you a usable number on the first call:
- Is our price $300 or $350 per location, and is it locked for the contract term?
- Do pop ups, outlets and shop in shops count as full locations?
- What are the monthly email and SMS limits, and what does each extra message cost?
- Is WhatsApp messaging included or billed separately?
- Is there an annual discount, and what happens if we close a store mid contract?
- Which of our POS systems sync natively, and which need a CSV or a custom build on the API?
- Is onboarding included at our store count, or is there a setup fee?
Keep the answers in one place. Retail software bills tend to spread across a POS, an email tool, a texting app and a CRM, and it is easy to lose track of what each costs per store. If your subscriptions have grown that way, a tool that tracks SaaS spend across vendors makes the renewal conversation a lot shorter.
Is Endear worth the price?
Endear is worth $350 a month per store for retailers that will use most of what it bundles: campaigns, lookbooks, appointment booking and clienteling, on top of a strong Shopify connection. It is harder to justify for a one or two store business that mainly wants associates to follow up with existing clients, because that shop pays for marketing features it will not open.
A quick test: add up what you pay today for an email tool, a texting tool and any client book app. If that total is close to Endear's price for your store count, Endear may save money. If you pay little for those today and the real problem is that good clients drift away between visits, look at a tool built only for that job. You can see who your associates should contact first by uploading a POS export to the demo at the top of this page, and compare other options in our guide to the best clienteling software or our list of Clientbook alternatives.
