Boutique owner reviewing clienteling software options on a laptop at the store counter

The best BSPK alternative for a small boutique is a clienteling tool with a published price, flat plan limits and a daily follow-up list, so you can budget before a demo. Clientele starts at $99 a month billed yearly, Endear lists $350 a month per location, and Clientbook quotes by stores and associates. Stay with BSPK if you need Shopify sync with global channels such as WeChat, or enterprise service commitments.

This guide is for an owner or manager of one to a few stores who has seen BSPK, found no price on its pricing page and wants to know what else is worth a call. We make Clientele, so we say plainly where the others win.

Why do small boutiques look for a BSPK alternative?

The usual reason is budget certainty. BSPK's own pricing page shows Contact Us for Boutique and Growth and Custom for Enterprise, with pricing based on AI credits rather than seats. Directory and Shopify listings show $299 to $399 a month, and the two sources disagree. A boutique with three associates cannot turn that into a yearly number without a sales call.

The second reason is fit. BSPK is built for fashion and luxury brands that sell through Shopify and may expand into Asia or Europe. A single store with a few hundred regulars often needs less: one profile per client, a ranked list of whom to contact and a message to review. We break down the listing figures in our BSPK pricing guide.

How do the BSPK alternatives compare?

Figures below come from each vendor's own pages or software directories, checked in October 2026. They change, so confirm in writing before you sign.

What does a small boutique actually need?

Four things carry most of the value, and they are worth testing in any demo.

  • One shared profile per client with purchases, sizes, preferences, notes and important dates.
  • A daily list that ranks whom to contact and gives the reason, so follow-up does not depend on one person's memory.
  • Drafted messages that an associate edits before sending, with consent recorded per channel.
  • An import from your POS or Shopify, usually a CSV of customers and sales.

If a vendor cannot show those four with your own export in the demo, the rest of the feature list will not rescue the purchase.

What does Clientele offer at its public price?

Boutique is $99 a month billed yearly, or $199 month to month, for up to 3 associates, 1 store and 2,500 client profiles. Brand is $299 a month billed yearly for up to 15 associates, 3 stores and 15,000 profiles. Every associate gets a daily Money Feed showing who to contact, why, the opportunity value and a draft to review. Current limits are on the Clientele pricing page, and the Clientele and Endear comparison shows the closest rival side by side.

The limits are real. If you need more than 2,500 profiles in one store, you move up a plan. BSPK states no limits on data, usage or SKUs on any plan, which is a genuine advantage for a large catalog or a very large client base.

When should you stay with BSPK?

Stay with BSPK, or at least get its quote, in these cases.

  • Your clients expect WeChat or WhatsApp, which BSPK lists on Growth.
  • You sell across several countries and want support coverage in the US, EU and Asia.
  • Your catalog or client file is large enough that profile caps would bind quickly.
  • You want Shopify one click activation and a dedicated customer success manager.

If none of that describes you, a flat public price is easier to defend to a partner or landlord who asks where the software money goes. Teams that also field a lot of client email may want a shared inbox next to the client book, for example when sorting a busy client inbox with AI before associates reply.

What will switching actually cost you?

The software price is only part of it. Count the hours to clean your client file, the time to train associates and any overlap while both tools run. For a boutique with one store, a CSV import and a half day of team training is a realistic scope for a lightweight tool. A platform with custom agents, multiple channels and a dedicated success manager adds setup that pays off only when you use those parts.

Do the yearly math with real numbers. BSPK listings of $299 to $399 a month come to $3,588 to $4,788 a year before any custom plan. Clientele Boutique at $99 billed yearly is $1,188. Endear at $350 per location is $4,200 a year for one store. The gap matters less than whether the tool changes behavior: if two or three extra repeat purchases a month come from better follow-up, any of these pays for itself, and if nobody opens the daily list, none of them does.

Which questions separate a good fit from a bad one?

Ask each vendor the same short list and write down the answers.

  • What is the total cost for our stores and associates over twelve months, in writing?
  • What happens to our client data and message history if we cancel, and how do we export it?
  • Who reviews a message before it goes out, and where is consent recorded?
  • How many associates and client profiles does the plan include, and what does the next tier cost?
  • Can we start month to month, or are we locked into an annual contract?

Vendors that answer these plainly tend to be easier to work with after the sale as well.

How to run the comparison in one week

Export your customers and sales from the POS as a CSV. Ask each vendor to load that file, or load it yourself in the Clientele demo on the home page. Judge three things: does the first screen show real clients you recognize, does the daily list give a reason to contact each one, and can an associate send a message in under a minute. Then ask every vendor for the total yearly cost in writing, including onboarding, extra stores and any message or credit allowance.

Pick the tool your associates will open every morning. A cheaper plan that nobody uses costs more than a pricier one that brings back three regulars a month.
