BSPK pricing listings point to $299 to $399 a month, or $3,588 to $4,788 a year before any custom plan. BSPK's own pricing page publishes no dollar amounts for Boutique, Growth or Enterprise. It says pricing is based on AI credits rather than user seats, so get your plan, credit allowance and total cost in writing before you sign.

For a luxury or fashion retailer shortlisting software, that is a budget reference, not a confirmed offer. This guide separates the listing prices from what BSPK actually promises on its pricing page. We make Clientele, a competing clienteling tool with public prices, and explain where BSPK deserves a place on your shortlist.

How much does BSPK cost?

BSPK does not publish a starting price on its own site. Its Shopify App Store listing shows a $399 monthly plan alongside a note saying plans start at $299 monthly. Capterra also lists a $299 starting price. Those sources disagree, so ask BSPK which price and plan apply to your store.

The Shopify listing checked in October 2026 names the plan BSPK Clienteling. It says billing is in USD every 30 days, with no charge until a custom plan is created, and tells merchants to create that plan with BSPK after installation. It lists unlimited messaging and emails, plus segments. The displayed amount alone does not settle your final bill.

Capterra describes its $299 figure as flat rate and mentions a free trial. Other third party trackers repeat the Shopify listing's $399 figure. Treat the trial as something to confirm with BSPK. Neither directory wording nor an app installation establishes the terms of your contract.

For budget planning, the monthly range becomes $3,588 to $4,788 over a year before any custom plan. Do not multiply it by your associate count or assume it covers every location. BSPK says its pricing basis is AI credits, not seats, and directs buyers to Get a demo or Book a demo for a quote.

What do BSPK's Boutique, Growth and Enterprise plans include?

BSPK's plans move from core clienteling for emerging brands to added channels and support for growing retailers, then enterprise service commitments for global operations. Boutique and Growth say Contact Us, while Enterprise says Custom. All include AI, a single customer view, two way sync, onboarding, training and support, without published dollar prices.

PlanPrice shownIntended buyerFeatures listed
BoutiqueContact UsEmerging brands ready to activate customer dataCore clienteling, SMS and email, core analytics and attribution, Shopify one click activation, standard onboarding
GrowthContact UsScaling brands with multiple locationsAdds custom agents, WhatsApp and WeChat, advanced analytics and attribution, tailored connectivity, dedicated Customer Success Manager
EnterpriseCustomEstablished brands with complex global operationsAdds custom SLAs, priority API access, strategic advisory, global support across the US, EU and Asia

Every plan states no limits on data, usage, SKUs or data sources. That is a meaningful advantage for a brand comparing profile caps and a large catalog. Ask BSPK to explain how the unlimited usage wording fits its AI credit billing. Unlimited data does not tell you how much AI activity your quote includes.

A US boutique using Shopify may find Boutique's activation and core messaging sufficient. A brand whose clients expect WeChat should discuss Growth, where that channel appears on the pricing page. For an international retail operation, Enterprise's support coverage and custom SLAs can matter more than the lowest monthly listing price.

How do BSPK AI credits work?

BSPK says pricing is based on AI credits rather than per user seats, but it does not publish credit allotments or a per credit cost. You cannot calculate a reliable usage bill from the public page. The demo needs to establish what consumes credits and how that becomes a charge.

AI at every tier tells you the feature is available. It does not reveal the amount included, the way consumption is measured or what happens after an allowance is used. Do not treat a credit as equivalent to a message, a customer profile or an associate without BSPK confirming that definition.

  • Which actions consume AI credits, and how many does each action use?
  • What allowance is included in our quoted plan, and when does it reset?
  • Do unused credits roll over, expire or remain available when we change plans?
  • What happens when credits run out, and what does additional usage cost?
  • Can a manager see consumption, receive alerts and set a spending limit?
  • Can you demonstrate expected credit use with our catalog and outreach workflow?

Bring the tasks your associates actually perform to that conversation. Ask BSPK to show the credit effect of preparing outreach and revising it before sending. A written example tied to your workflow is more useful for budgeting than an assurance that AI is included.

Is BSPK worth it for a small boutique?

BSPK can be worth considering for a small boutique that needs Shopify synchronization, a single customer view and room for a large catalog without data limits. The harder question is whether its quoted AI credit model fits your budget. A public listing price cannot answer that until BSPK defines your plan.

The strongest case is a fashion or luxury brand selling across its boutique and Shopify store, especially when its next stage involves international clients. WeChat on Growth and support across Asia on Enterprise give BSPK a clear reason to stay on the shortlist for brands selling in those markets.

For a small US team, start with the daily work. Who owns each client relationship? What prompts an associate to follow up? Can the team review a message and understand why that client should hear from the store? Have BSPK show those steps using your buying patterns, rather than judging only a feature checklist.

Separate checkout recovery from associate clienteling when setting that budget. A Shopify brand whose online checkout leaks sales may also need to recover abandoned online carts through a separate workflow, while associates focus on personal relationships and repeat purchases. Decide which problem the software budget is meant to solve before comparing quotes.

What are cheaper alternatives to BSPK?

Clientele has a lower published entry price than the BSPK listing range, starting at $99 a month billed yearly or $199 monthly. Endear and Clientbook belong on the comparison too, but neither is automatically cheaper for your setup. Compare store coverage, associate limits, messaging and billing terms before choosing by headline price.

Tulip and Salesfloor announced their merger in March 2026. Their inclusion here gives enterprise buyers context, not evidence of a cheaper option. Endear's conflicting site and Shopify prices also deserve confirmation, as our Endear pricing breakdown explains. The best clienteling software guide covers the wider shortlist.

What does Clientele include at its public price?

We make Clientele. Boutique includes up to 3 associates in 1 store and 2,500 client profiles. Brand is $299 a month billed yearly for up to 15 associates, 3 stores and 15,000 profiles. Flagship is $999 a month billed yearly for up to 50 associates, 15 stores and 75,000 profiles.

Enterprise is $2,499 a month billed yearly, with unlimited associates, up to 500 stores and 500,000 profiles. These are plan limits, so check your actual team and database against the Clientele pricing page. BSPK's unlimited data policy may be the stronger fit if profile limits are your main concern.

Each associate gets a daily Money Feed showing who to contact, why, the opportunity value and a drafted message. To judge that workflow, upload a CSV export to the demo on the site. Our fashion boutique CRM page explains the fit for a store team.

What should you ask BSPK before you sign?

Ask BSPK for a written plan that connects its listing price, included features and AI credit terms to your actual operation. The useful answer is a total budget with clear billing rules. It should also explain onboarding, channel availability and what changes when you add stores or expand into another market.

  • Does our offer use the $299 or $399 listing figure, or a different custom price?
  • Which plan are we buying, and which stores and channels does it cover?
  • What AI credits are included, and what are the additional usage charges?
  • Does the quote include all onboarding, training, support and connectivity we need?
  • Is a trial available, and what billing begins after installation or plan creation?
  • What are the contract term, renewal rules, cancellation terms and data export process?

Choose BSPK if its Shopify sync, international channels and service commitments solve problems your team has. If your main need is a clear daily outreach list with a public budget, compare the same workflow in Clientele's CSV demo before committing to a sales process.
